Call Center Team Lead - Meridian ID

Adecco is currently recruiting for a temporary call center Team Lead. This position will oversee a group of Benefits Counselors in the call center. This person will manage, lead, motivate, coach,and counsel people, individually and as a group.
Requirements:
-High school diploma required
-MUST have previous supervisory experience
-MUST have recent call center experience
-Basic computer skills- Word, Excel, Outlook
-Must have stong communication skills- written and verbal.
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Must be able to work with and motivate others
Qualified candidates must be able to work Monday-Wednesday 1pm-9:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9a-5:30p. Pay is $12/hour with a $1 differential for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Position will run thru the end of November.
